
The menu at Emil is ever-changing, and you will therefore only have the opportunity to get an overview of what will be on your plate today when you’re dining down with us. It gives us the opportunity to change and adapt to perfection according to ingredients we’ve received from the auction and the field. This way we can serve ingredients you wouldn’t necessarily have chosen yourself, but hopefully will come to love. You just need to decide which size Emil you’d like, who you want to invite, and what you want to drink.

We’re always happy to adapt our menu if you have a shellfish allergy, or can’t tolerate gluten or lactose. It’s necessary that we’re informed about any allergies when booking, so the kitchen has the opportunity to prepare an adapted menu.
